The Opportunity:

As the Content Specialist you will support content creation and the execution of marketing and communication campaigns for o ur 401(k) Solutions team. Reporting to the Team Lead of Marketing and Communications, you will accomplish this by assisting in the drafting of high-quality content for client communications and marketing campaigns as well as supporting project management, content system administration and operational execution of marketing and communication programs.

The Day-to-Day:

• Assisting on projects aimed to increase prospect demand generation, sales collateral creation, client and participant engagement and education, to positively impact new revenue and plan participation and savings rates
• Assist in the execution of various engagement campaigns, and support insights and internal stakeholder reporting
• Use your sharp attention to detail and deep understanding of grammar to catch typos and errors before content is submitted
• Collaborate with partner creative agencies as needed
• Work with leadership and teammates to align projects, timelines and prioritization
  Your Qualifications:
  
  • 3+ years' experience of short-form B2B copy writing
  • 2+ years of campaign and project management execution experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Knowledge of best practices for business writing, client communications, marketing and sales copy
  • Display strong attention to detail and ability to apply insights from data
