skilled and experienced Aerosol Jet Printer Process Engineer to
join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years
of experience in a similar role and possess a strong background in
chemical engineering, chemistry, physics, applied physics,
materials science, or equivalent work
experience.--RESPONSIBILITIES:------- Develop and optimize
electrochemical sensors using Aerosol Jet printing on silicon
substrates--- Knowledge of polymers and electrochemistry---
Formulate inks for aerosol jet printing--- Perform hands-on wet
chemistry experiments--- Familiarity with 3D printing programming
languages--- Conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting--- Work
in a cleanroom environment (class 100, ISO 5, or ISO 4)---
Experience in industrial integrated circuit or MEMS fab
processing--- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure
successful project completion------MUST HAVE:--------- B.S. or
higher degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, physics, applied
physics, materials science, or equivalent work experience-----
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role----- Proficiency
in ink formulation for aerosol jet printing--- Strong background in
hands-on wet chemistry techniques----- Basic AutoCAD skills for
design purposes----- Familiarity with 3D programming languages-----
Experience in failure analysis and troubleshooting----- Ability to
work in a cleanroom environment (class 100, ISO 5, or ISO 4)-----
Knowledge of polymers and electrochemistry----- Previous experience
in industrial integrated circuit or MEMS fab processing is a
plus--WE VALUE:--------- Utilize basic AutoCAD skills for design
purposes----- Electrochemical sensor development experience,
including EIS and cyclic voltammetry----- Knowledge of MEMS device
development----- Proficiency in thin film development and
characterization techniques (AFM, SEM, EDX, DSC/TGA)----- Process
development and sustaining experience----- Quality control
